Here is a tut for flashing text.

What you will need:
Photoshop
ImageReady
---------------------------

1- First lets open up photoshop. Create a 400x100 image.

2- Now pick the color black then click on the paintbucket. Click on the image so the background is black.

3- Next get the text tool and click somewhere in the middle of the image. Make sure the color of the text is set to white or a different color that can be seen. Now type anything you want.

Because the images were big and it would have expanded the forum. And the tutorial was an image ready tutorial for new people, thats why i gave a screen shot for every single step.

Why not just use the blinking text HTML tag in a one cell table with a black background.

What if you want to put the blinking text in a signature? All the tutorial was supposed to do is get you somewhat aware of how to make the text blink. If you experiment with it you can do alot of other things with it.
