please be a bit more friendly wen asking for help, "how the hell do you do it" isn't necassary, can you specifiy what "E107" is?

What's E107 ?

I assume its the same as trap17 uploading...
U can use FTP, or via File Manager at CPanel..

Your passwords and IDs are stated at the confirmation page page after you register a hosting account..
FTP, you can use MS-FTP which comes with Windows..
else you can try free alternatives... try google search for this...

CPanel uploading is even easier... just login to cpanel then fire up the file manager..
and there you start uploading your stuffs...
